At this point, we are offering field repair on computers and other select electronic items in the Mahoning and Southern Trumbull County, Ohio area only. The repair we offer is limited and we do NOT work on televisions or monitors.
If your computer is not working, please contact us with the symptoms. If it is something we can handle, we will schedule a service call. If it is not, we will try to refer you to someone to solve the issue. We might advise you to buy new equipment. Not every computer issue is worth a service call expense.

While actions can be taken by both the repair person and the computer user to protect the computer and to avoid viruses, it is almost impossible for the average person or business to 100% protect their computer. Anyone who tells you they can 100% protect your computer for a reasonable fee is not telling you the truth.
We can give you strong guidelines to follow to help protect your computer. Quite frankly, we hate having to come out to do a virus removal because it is tedious and can get very expensive. There are some viruses so destructive there is no choice but to delete everything and start from scratch.
